The Bryson Cottage is located at 139 West 9th Street in Port Angeles, Washington
This house is located in the Cherry Hill neighborhood. The Cherry Hill residential neighborhood is one of the most desirable in Port Angeles. Bryson Cottage is located less than 10 blocks from a major grocery store. It is approximately 12 blocks to the downtown area, ferry dock and waterfront trail. There is a theatre and a selection of dining experiences in the downtown area.
This three bedroom one bath cottage includes an electric fireplace in the living room. This provides great ambience in the evening after a long day in the great outdoors. You can sip your wine or after-dinner coffee in it's glow.
The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and cooking and serving items. The washer and dryer are located in the one car attached garage for your laundry needs.
Two bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a tiled surround.
Summer Rates:
$1800 per month includes all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, Internet plus lawn service. A $60 cleaning fee is assessed for cleaning after your departure.
$700 week for 4 guests, $800/ week for 5 or more guests. A cleaning fee of $60 is assessed for final cleaning. For stays of less than one month we are required to collect a 10.4% transient accomodation tax.
Winter Rates:
$1600 per month includes all utilities, TV, Internet and lawn service. A $60 fee is assessed for final cleaning.
$550 per week for 4 guests, $700/week for 5 or more guests. Cleaning fee $60. Transient accomodation tax is 10.4%
