The Cotswald Cottage
The Cotswald Cottage is located at 123 West 14th Street in Port Angeles, Washington.
This lovely Cherry Hill residential neighborhood is fun to stroll through. A major grocery store is less than four blocks away or take a 14-block walk to downtown,waterfront trail and the ferries to Victoria.
This two bedroom, one bath cottage includes a fireplace with wood burning insert. The livingroom has new furniture to start 2008 with a bang. The kitchen is complete with a portable dishwasher and microwave.All of our houses include full sized stoves and refrigerators. The washer and dryer are located in the basement for your laundry needs.
The back deck has a comfortable seating or dining area with view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Victoria, and Mount Baker. There is also a full sized garage that is easily accessed through the alley. Don't miss the breathtaking view of the Olympic Mountains from your living room or as you step out the front door to start your exciting day in the Olympic National Park.
Summer Rates
- $1800 per month including all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, VCR, Internet access, plus lawn service. A $60 cleaning fee is assessed for cleaning after your departure.
- $600 per week for up to 4 people a $60 dollar fee is assessed for final cleaning. For stays of less than one month we are required to collect a 10.4% transient accomodation tax.
Winter Rates - $1400 per month including all utilities, water, sewer, electric, garbage, cable TV, VCR, internet access, plus lawn service. A $60 fee is assessed for final cleaning. Ask about our special rates for stays of 3 or more months.
- $525 per week for up to 4 people.A room tax of 10.4% is required for stays of less than one month. A $60 dollar fee is assessed for final cleaning.
